Newly renovated rare 3/2 oceanfront condo with private beach! Being on the topmost floor, you have spectacular ocean views from the balcony, master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows. You can feel the fresh ocean breeze, listen to ocean waves, watch the sunrise and enjoy your coffee from the comfort of the master room’s bed. Enjoy the birds passing by at your balcony level. Supplies & furnishing are updated regularly to make your stay more enjoyable. The space BEACH/POOL/SUANAS: The condo has its own private beach, the section in front of the condo is reserved for residents and guests. Our beach is also never crowded thru out the year. You can swim, beach fishing, surf, collect shells and on good days, you can see dolphins from shores or balcony. The beach allows bonfire; you just need to sign-up for fire permit and schedule bonfire in advance. After your time on the beach, make use of the beach outdoor shower to rinse off the sands. Then maybe take a dip in the pool. The heated pool has plenty of lounge chairs to relax from the walk. Don't forget to make use of the clubhouse, tennis court or saunas (separate men & women). Please note, it is an upscale “MONTHLY ONLY” rental. SECURITY: Our building has all secured entry ways. There are camera in various part of the building. For the unit's security, we have accessible security cameras which guest should unplug upon arrival. All this information are in your check-in instructions along with the wi-fi password. We will also text you (within 10 minutes upon arrival) to remind you if you forget the camera. LOCATION: The condo is 1-hour drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO), Disney parks, and less than 1-hour to Kennedy Space Center for rocket launches. You can also see the rocket launches and hear the sonic boom from the beach if you prefer not to drive. Across the street, there is a shopping plaza with: Publix (large grocery store), McDonald, Dunkin Donut, Chinese take-out, Walgreen, Subway, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, restaurants and more. Enjoy the many nice restaurants along A1A (a road along the beach) when dining out. KITCHEN: The kitchen is renovated with granite countertop and new cabinets. It is fully equipped with all major appliances in addition to the smaller appliances such as the blender, oven toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, tools for BBQ (gas grill is downstairs next to clubhouse), and more. There is also an in unit washer/dryer machine. Laundry starter kit will be provided. FURNISH: We stocked the closets with extra linens, comforters, fleece blankets, towels, beach tools and beach supplies (folding chairs, umbrella, boards, sand toys, etc.). We have multiple TVs, cable channels, Internet, Wi-Fi, living room TV is 60-inch HD 1080p with option for you to broadcast pictures/movie from your phone to TV, and Ring doorbell for security. ROOMS/ACCOMMODATION: 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 beds, and airbeds. Sleeps 6-8. One King, two Twin XL & one Full bed and additional tall airbeds for your guest as need. All new beds and mattresses. Each room has charging stations for all your electronics. Other: iron, iron board, portable heaters, hair-dryer, etc. WHY THIS PROPERTY It is perfect for the vacationers who want to get away from the winter cold month(s) or family that wants to spend their summer on the beach. Enjoy everything beach life-style has to offer without having to own and maintain a property. There are many unit on the beach but few are secured, updated and well maintained. The unit is clean and free of clutter. We also have a large parking lot; never full. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit, saunas, tennis court and, of course, the beach. Your family and friends are welcome. We only ask that you have a maximum of 8 people at the same time (overnight). They are welcome to stay as long as they like.
