The space You'll be greeted by ocean views in the sun-filled living room as soon as you step in the door of this 70’s modern home. With complete privacy and wind protection from the prevailing N winds, this home has a very unique location and perfect view of the Twin Rocks arch. The large galley kitchen with ocean views has everything you may need to cook up tasty meals during your stay, including all major appliances and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Sit down together at the large dining room table that seats 8 for the perfect setting for a board game or family meal. A charcoal grill is also provided for outdoor cooking. Take in a gorgeous sunset or a winter storm, all from the comfort of this warm, cozy living area. You can stream music on the bluetooth speaker or watch your favorite show or game on the 4k Smart TV. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one on each level). - The downstairs room has a queen bed and a full closet. - The main upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for working remotely - The large upstairs bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and a twin trundle bed with a pullout. - Washer and dryer are located in the garage. There are three off-street parking spots for the home. Pop open a local microbrew and head out onto the porch to enjoy the unobstructed ocean views. Watch the waves or grab a surfboard and paddle out right in front of the house! The beach break surf is best enjoyed when the wind is down and the waves are clean. A unique creek running through to the beach provides a great play area for kids and dogs. The house is also a short drive to endless outdoor activities like crabbing, fishing, swimming in Lake Lytle, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, and beer or wine tasting.
