Incline Village Mountain Condo

Enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe! The space One of Lake Tahoe’s premier locations, Incline Village on the north shore, Nevada side of the lake, offers serenity among the trees, yet is mere minutes from all Lake Tahoe has to offer! Our home, Incline Beach, offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, mountain chalet style living room, comfortable dining room, plus a deck for a quiet morning breakfast, barbecuing or star gazing at night. The condo was recently updated with new appliances, vanities, flooring, paint and furnishings. Very short walk (one block) to the beaches and Lakeshore Drive and just down the hill from Incline Village shopping and dining. Access to the private community hot tub. Short drive to Diamond Peak Ski Area, with slightly longer drives to Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. ***Beach passes are available on a VERY limited basis. If interested you need to contact the owner at time of booking. Owner will not be reaching out regarding beach access.*** ***As of May 2025 the fireplace is not available for guest use. We are waiting on a replacement part that is on back order.*** ***there is only one parking pass included for each reservation*** Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. Other things to note We have a wagon in the entryway for guest use to haul luggage/kids from parking to the condo. Feel free to take the wagon down to the beach which is 1 block from the condo.
