The space Master: king, TV/full cable, ensuite bath, view of mountains. 2nd bedroom queen bed & bathroom. 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 1/2 bath across hall. Den with full sofa bed - 1/2 bath. Casita is separate building, office/yoga room -has double bed no bath. Sunroom with pingpong and games. Guest access All the spaces except 2 closed owners closets but there is still closets in every room available to guests Please note that, as of Summer 2026, we may occasionally request a brief showing for a serious long-term rental prospect. Any request would be made in accordance with Airbnb's rules, including your right to decline, and any applicable compensation would be provided. Other things to note California Short Term Rental Agreement will be required to be signed after confirmed booking and prior to arrival. The neighborhood includes big estates and some celebrity homes. Along with this you will see work trucks, gardeners and pool or other maintenance workers on 'golf' carts or work trucks on or around our street. Neighbors have large properties and could be doing house or garden work which is typical across Montecito. All maintenance staff for our property will be servicing as needed. Current schedule: Trash Tuesday, Garden Friday, Pool Friday, and occasional hedge and other maintenance as needed. Happy to comply with your requests as much as possible. As animal lovers we welcome dogs (possibly cats if you rent longer term) but you must disclose the animals to us please prior to bringing them to the property. You will be responsible for all actions your animal takes while staying here. We reserve right to cancel reservation if dog is not accepted, disclosed, managed. 150 dog fee. Plus you will cover if dog damages or requires heavier cleaning. Any special needs, please just ask, as we are happy to answer questions ahead of time about what we have here vs don't in the house. Reminder: pool / spa has no cover nor gate. Use at your own risk and with caution. GAMES include: badminton (ASK FOR SET UP IF YOU WNAT IT) , ping pong, several drawers of board games, art supplies, pool items, and others, books, records (yep a record player), balls.
