Casa High Tide- Pool & Boat Dockage

Casa High Tide is perfectly located on a gulf access canal in Matlacha, FL , a small fishing and artist colony that harkens back to the great days of " Old Florida." This 3 bedroom 2 bath home features 2 king beds and one queen, a heated enclosed pool, open living concept, dockage for 2 boats , free cable and WIFI, a gas grill, 4 bikes, and 2 kayaks. We are walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants and a short drive to the nearest boat launch. Everything you need for a perfect stay! The space Master suite has new king bed and updated private bathroom with granite countertops. New flat screen TV's in master and guest room. Guest access Private large docking space for several boats, cleaning station, water, lighting, and electrical outlets. We have a 2 car driveway and parking available on grass in front of the house. Other things to note Boating tip: if this is your first time boating in the area, stay in the channel makers. There are lots of shallow areas just outside the main channels. Fishing is great from our dock or a short boat ride out of our canal. Grass flats and mangroves are easily accessible with snook, seatrout, tarpon and much more!
