PARKING: Three parking spots are provided directly in front of the cabin, a few steps away from the front door. ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock and you will be provided your code 24 hours before your arrival. Check-in/check-out are contactless. **A few key considerations** -The cabin is less than 1 mile off a main road, so you don’t have to deal with treacherous, winding mountain roads. However, there is a short, but steep section of road once you’re into the complex before reaching the cabin. We are able to make it up in a small electric car without any problems. Snow is not very common in the area, but 4WD may be required in inclement weather. You want the view from the balcony right? -There are 3 parking spots directly in front of the cabin and overflow parking is available at the resort entrance, if needed. -We are located within a resort and there is one neighboring cabin on each side. It is a very nice blend of seclusion with close proximity to the attractions. -We do not allow pets of any kind. Violation of this will incur a $200 fine and you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you are traveling with a service animal, please let us know so we can accommodate. -No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin. Smoking inside the premises will incur a $200 fine. -Internet and cell service work well at our cabin, however you are in the mountains so it is best to make sure you are prepared with directions before leaving. -Please review our cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. -Please note, our cleaning team needs adequate time to ensure standards are met for the next guest. Late departures will incur a $50 late fee past 10:15am. We will not be available in person, but are accessible when needed via messaging on the AirBnB app. Located in the Mountain Shadows Resort, which contains common spaces, 2 pools, and areas for children to play.
