Just steps from the beach, the cottage is set in a large secluded garden with fruit trees , BBQ, and a large flat area for the kids to play in - the perfect set-up for a traditional family holiday experience! Inside the house the traditional theme continues, but with added modern amenities such as WiFi and Sky TV. The open plan living is cosy and a great place to watch movies or enjoy reading a book. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed and has direct access to the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a single bed plus a singe bunk set and is accessed through the sun room which is fitted with a single bed. When required, a double sofa bed in the lounge is available. The house is in the perfect location for all that Waiheke has to offer. Just a 2 minute walk to Three Seven Two and Charlies's, and just a flat 3 minute walk to the bus stop, so it is easy to get to the ferry at Matiatia, the supermarket, Oneroa, and the many vineyards. And of course Onetangi Beach is only a 30 second stroll away! Welcome to Onetangi Beach Cottage! Other things to note The driveway to the house is grass covered so care will need to be taken driving across it during wet weather. Please note that Bedroom 2 is accessed via the Sunroom (which contains a single bed) There is a traditional trampoline in the garden without any safety netting. Children must be supervised and care must be taken by all guests using it. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
