Built in 1949 this charming red brick home boast all the beauty of the historic red brick. Completely remodeled in 2015 this home includes the newest Innovations in flooring and cabinetry. You're sure to love this beautiful home when you stay in Phoenix. Once we have a confirmed reservation the guest will be provided with the 4 digit code for the security door and front door. We have included keyless door locks for your convenience and safety. The security locks work by 1st hitting the enter key and then a 4 digit code and then the enter key again the lock will then turn from blue to green allowing you to twist the deadbolt to open. High definition smart TVs in every bedroom. Ruku an Apple TV Netflix etc. Dan and I, will touch base usually every morning by text to see how your night was and to see if there anything you need. The Guest house in the back of the yard is also leased on Airbnb so please be courteous and keep the driveway open for them to come and go as they please.
