Step inside our gorgeous walk-in shower, relax on our deck, and sleep in as late as you want as you reconnect with your family and yourself. Living room sleeps 3- two on a brand new full sleeper sofa and one on the couch. Bedroom sleeps two on a very comfortable double bed. Other Features Included: large deck with seating for a large group - take in the views from all around. We provide charcoal grill, ceiling fans throughout inside, Internet/WIFI, SmartTVs, a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with all the amenities you need to stay and eat in while maximizing your family time. Eating out-walking to the jetty shack for a great burger and seafood or taking a short drive to one of the many local restaurants in our area is so easy. AREA: No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination. Surfside Beach is located around an 1 hr drive to Houston on Texas Highway 288 depending on traffic. For out-of-town visitors, Houston Hobby Airport is within easy driving distance offering many carriers making air travel reasonable and convenient Just rent a car and enjoy the drive down! DOG-FRIENDLY: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($75 for 1 dog, extra $50 for 2) per stay.
