Welcome to our home located about 20 minutes SW of downtown Columbus. FOUR spacious, bright & cozy bedrooms with individual decor colors (Black, blue, green and rust). This home has new flooring and new carpets with renovated Kitchen. New granite counter tops & new kitchen appliances. ~15 mins drive to OSU, Nationwide Arena & COSI ~10 minutes drive to Hollywood Casino ~ 25 minutes drive to Columbus zoo ~10 mins walk to bustop for COTA bus. Can ride #10 for Ohio Statehouse(Downtown) The space As a host, my motive is to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! My mission is to help my guests create beautiful memories in our beautiful and cozy home. This house is perfect get away space, providing an ideal mix of value, comfort and convenience. This 2 floor house has centralized air conditioning and heating system, free WiFi & coffee area after your long tiring day to make you feel relaxed. For your entertainment, this house also offers :- ~Smart TV with Roku system, ~Playing cards ~Sudoku ~Word scrambler books ~Dunkin' Donuts coffee ————————————————- ENTRYWAY The entry point to a house includes two steps (No wheelchair ramp and no railing) FIRST FLOOR On the first floor we have living room, kitchen, dinning area and half restroom. LIVING ROOM- When you will enter from the front main entrance you will enter directly to the living room that will have shoe rack on the left side. You will also have access to office console table. Please feel free to use a console table as a desk. There is also an office chair to use this desk for study. COAT CLOSET- You can locate this near the kitchen area. Please feel free to use the hangers to hang your belongings. KITCHEN - You can cook your own meals with the basic cooking supplies available in the kitchen. Please do make sure to check our kitchen amenities available if you are planning to cook during your stay. Feel free to bring your own essential amenities. COFFEE AREA - Please feel free to make yourself a hot and amazing Dunkin Donuts coffee with the use of Hamilton beach coffee machine. We offer original liquid coffee creamer, disposable cups, Splenda and regular sugar. DINING AREA - Cozy dining space to enjoy meals with your family and friends. POWDER ROOM - This is a half restroom with no shower. SECOND FLOOR On the second floor upstairs we have master bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet. 3 other bedrooms (with closets) will share one restroom. 1.) Master-bed - ROOM 1 (black and gold theme color) KING-SIZE BED This is a bright cozy and spacious room with walk-in closet, Iron, Iron table and attached restroom. 2.) ROOM 2 - (green and gold theme color ) One QUEEN-SIZE BED decorative items will give you all the positive vibes and relaxed feeling when you enter. This room has two side tables and two lamps. Room has closet( with hangers) to place your belongings 3.) ROOM 3 - (blue theme color ) One QUEEN-SIZE BED Room has one side table. A closet with hangers to place your belongings. 4.) ROOM 4 - (orange/rust theme color ) One QUEEN-SIZE BED Room has one side table. A closet with hangers to place your belongings 5.) SHARED RESTROOM - This is a sharing restroom for room 2,3 &4 LOWER LEVEL Basement is NOT finished, therefore NOT available for the guests to use during their stay. BACKYARD This house has no patio/porch. We have backyard but no outside furniture GARAGE We have two car parking garage. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house EXCEPT basement and fireplace. Please be respectful to the property and amenities. Other things to note ~ NOT child proof ~ NO disabled ramp for wheelchairs ~ Need to climb stairs for bedrooms at second floor ~ NO fireplace access. FYI - We offer 1 Bath Towel and 1 Hand Towel for each person for all stays booked for 1-5 nights. Please let us know in advance at booking time if you need extra. Thanks.
