Located in East Nashville and within walking distance of amazing local hangouts, this multi-level house is tailored for groups. Best part is you can be downtown in 15 minutes or less. We understand you are here to have a blast, with this in mind, we will guarantee an early check-in at noon and a 5:00 pm check-out time (yep, just like that) so go ahead, plan away! Just as the Original Casa Strange in WE-HO, our 2,100 square feet, eclectic CasaEast is a thoughtfully and beautifully laid out, brand new 4 level home located in the heart of East Nashville. The entertainment area is second to none and all the spaces are covered with hardwoods and natural light coming in through every window. Upon entering, you will find a small foyer and hallway that connect to the garage. Also, on this level, a Queen guestroom, complete with a full bathroom makes for the perfect secluded space. The second floor is always breathtaking, -we call it the loft life - coming up the stairs from the ground level, a wide-open floor plan greets and beckons you to stay, linger and entertain. The kitchen island is the perfect focal point for lively cocktails and conversation, while the living room and dining room offer ample comfort in a strikingly inviting atmosphere. The Master Suite is located on the third floor and features a king bed, in-suite bathroom with walk-in dual-head shower and a custom built closet. The 3rd guestroom is also on this floor, a queen size bed adjacent to a full bathroom complete the repertoire. On the 4th level, The Roof Deck is the pinnacle of a perfect morning for reading the paper and drinking coffee. We have curated this house. After all, we understand we are not just here to provide a "vacation rental" but rather, we make it our mission to help you create an unforgettable experience in Music City. • The Provisions: Each bedroom has been designed to have its own unique flair but we've also put a lot of thought into ensuring our guestrooms offer a high level of comfort. Each bed has been outfitted with pillow top mattresses, two different kinds of pillows and lush, organic, 100% cotton sheets. You will sleep in the clouds. We believe in traveling light. Our bathroom provisions include Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner and Organic Shower Gel. We want you to feel right at home whether you are visiting us for one night or one month. With your comfort in mind, we have placed two bathrobes in each guestroom closet. We keep our fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water and our Keurig machine with a nice selection of Starbucks coffee blends. We are happy to customize our offerings prior to your arrival based on your personal preferences. THE FINE PRINT: This is what we are all about: we are all about value. Except for extreme circumstances or emergencies, you will deal with us directly. No vacation rental management companies or 3rd parties are ever involved. • We want to provide an exceptional stay and create a memorable experience from time of reservation to departure. With this in mind, we personalize each stay by letting our guests determine our level of involvement and preferred method of communication. What does this mean to you? Comprised of many smaller neighborhoods, the area has a young, liberal heart and mind. What does this mean to you? CasaEast is located within walking distance from restaurants, breweries and cafes. We are located within 5 minutes of freeway access to downtown Nashville which is just 5 miles away. CasaEast is located within a mini sprawl of local activity. If you want to stay in East Nashville for dinner or drinks there are a few options within walking distance, however, and especially if you are drinking, UBER should be no more than $7.00 - $10.00 to Downtown. By entering into this partnership you agree to the following house rules: • No parties or events of any kind are allowed. The neighborhood is typically very peaceful and quiet and we have a nice relationship with our neighbors. We ask that you respect their privacy and monitor your noise level while outdoors at all times. Voices should be kept at whisper level after 10:00 pm. • We Love our Stuff and have taken great pride in curating all aspects of our home. Please treat it with care so others may enjoy it too. A great example of how you can help, please use the coasters provided throughout the house to protect our nightstands and coffee tables. • We expect you to treat our towels and linens with the same respect you would exercise in your own home. There will be an extra charge for soiled towels and linens. • Please return all house keys upon departure by leaving them in the same central spot where you found them. • Do not engage in illegal drug use. If you smoke, please use ashtrays to ash and dispose of cigarettes and leave this area as you found it. • This should go without saying but here we go: Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Please use the patio and ashtrays provided. • We want to ensure your stay is 100% as you envisioned it; if something is not up to snuff, please let us know. We will correct it right away. Finally, we recognize that feedback is an excellent way to grow and thrive.
