Little Farmhouse

1 qn bed, washer & dryer in rm, curtains & 46 in Smart TV, connected to 2nd Rm w/ twin bed, w/blackout curtains TV & DVD player & full size air mattress. Rooms are separated by doors.Will never share your space with strangers. As I will only rent to one couple/family at one time. Small farmhouse is old but quaint. Under remodel so please bare with me on “updates” everything is accessible. New water heater and HVAC Train comes through town several times a day/night not a place for light sleepers. The space The two connecting rooms will give you plenty of room and privacy. You will have access to basic cable, Amazon Prime Video, HULU, and Netflix. Amazon prime movie rentals allowed but you will need to pay cash for your rental. Code given upon request for rental. Guest access Your stay includes the entire use of the kitchen, living room area, and the two connected bedrooms. Shared bathroom. Toiletries to include toilet paper, body wash, shampoo & conditioner (sample size), and hand soap. Other things to note Please understand this is a very old 1000 sq ft farmhouse and it is currently under a light remodel. There are a lot of little imperfections so please take that into consideration. I am doing my best to finish everything as quickly as possible. There are clean linens, towels, brand new HVAC, new hot water heater, and new appliances. Home also has a security system. ** The train is only a couple blocks from the home. If you’re a light sleeper this place is not for you**
