Four separate patio areas include multiple chairs, a hammock, a drop leaf table with seating for 6 as well as a fire pit and a gas grill. Time for summer dreaming under a bower of dense foliage! This charming home has been beautifully remodeled while keeping the original elements like a natural stone bedroom fireplace with gorgeous floors and ponderosa pine ceiling beams. The living room is open and full of light from multiple large windows. It includes a TV equipped with free Hulu and Netflix, along with many other apps through Apple TV. However, I do not provide service for all the live sporting events. You must use your personal logins for those events. Please check the living room closet for a large stash of area information along with a great selection of books, compliments of the Sedona Friends of the Library, and many games and puzzles. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig K475 coffee maker and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System blender and processor. Several sweeteners including raw sugar are provided along with numerous varieties of tea and coffee, oils and vinegars. At least 20 different spices await your creative touch in the kitchen. A special treat is the pure spring water right from the tap provided to a small area by the Oak Creek Water Company. You will find everything you need in this kitchen with a full size gas range, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer (detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets provided), all dishes and glassware, all cookware, etc. Even a high chair is available. The master bedroom, like the kitchen and the second bedroom, has the original ponderosa pine beamed ceiling as well as the original fireplace, now graced by candles. The king bed has a down comforter. This room has a TV powered by Apple TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed. Both of these bedrooms have large closets and luggage stands. The main bathroom has a large tiled shower with an adjustable shower head and all the products you expect including shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash, lotion, cotton balls, swabs, make-up removal pads, toilet paper, etc. The third bedroom has a new queen bed with down comforter, great views, and private doors onto two patio areas. There is a wardrobe and luggage rack. It sports a sparkling new bathroom with a vessel sink and a full tub with shower. Added features for families with little ones are a new Evenflo port-a-crib with a 3 inch mattress and sheets, a high chair, a walker, a potty chair, a changing pad, and a baby bath seat. All are available upon request. All areas have wifi access. Home has smoke detectors in every room, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher (under the kitchen sink), and 2 first aid kits in bathrooms. The lower driveway has parking for 2 vehicles and 5 steps up to the entrance through the gate. The upper driveway has parking for 1 vehicle and an entrance with one step down inside the door.
