For any inquiries, please feel free to reach out! Guest access You’ll have complete access to the entire home, with the exception of owner storage areas like the garage and locked owner closet(s). A specific access code will be issued following a conversation with the Manager one week before your check-in date. The access code panel is conveniently located on the first level, under the stairs on the north side of the cottage. Please note the following requirements for your stay: - Renters must be at least 30 years old. - All guests are required to sign a vacation rental agreement, and all adults must provide a valid government-issued ID, email, and phone number (especially for emergencies). - All guests must be listed on the agreement; no individuals not on the agreement are permitted on the property at any time, including guests of guests. - The property is not available for third-party events, unplanned group activities, "beach week" events, fraternity or sorority parties, graduation celebrations, or weddings. Absolutely no parties are allowed. This property is designed for family groups only, accommodating a maximum of 10 adults comfortably. The total number of guests should not exceed 13 at any time on the property. Other things to note The Legacy is a lovely cottage, but be warned no one ever wants to leave!
