Casa Carma I is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Lachania in the original south of the island of Rhodes. The traditional village house has been lovingly restored in the "new Mediterranean design". The outdoor area offers a spacious terrace, pool and barbecue. In two minutes you can reach taverns and restaurants. In 5 minutes, you can be at the beach. Diving, surfing, kiting, hiking, horseback riding… everything is within walking distance. The space Casa Carma I is enclosed by high walls and offers complete privacy. All of life - and thus also the center of the property - is life outdoors. The individual rooms and areas branch off from here. Exterior: The private pool is the center of the outdoor area. The kitchen, living area and two loft floors for additional sleeping options are integrated into this. Third bedroom / main room (2 different loft areas): 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, each with its own shower Location: In a few steps you can reach taverns, restaurants and the small village supermarket. At the same time, it is so quiet and original around Casa Carma I that you feel like you are hundreds of years back in time. The sea is about 5-7 minutes away by car. Most of the tourism takes place on the northern half of the island. The region of South Rhodes is not overcrowded even in high season (July/August), but rather quiet, idyllic and authentic. Anyone who loves the original Greece feels at home here. There are still beaches where you are alone even in the high season. Especially inland there are many magical places with original taverns and village squares. Connoisseurs stroll through Lindos and visit the Acropolis. Guest access A key box gives you access to the key and access to the villa. Arrivals & departures are possible at any time. Free parking is right outside the door.
