Sunny and Lush! 2BR luxury duplex in Berkeley

Welcome to Berkeley's Westbrae neighborhood! This garden apartment was built in the 20s, was recently renovated and is lushly landscaped with an enclosed back garden. BART is a 12-minute walk. UC is 10 minutes by bike (you can borrow mine), 5 minutes by car or take the direct bus that stops a block away. Coffee, bakery, wine store are 2 blocks away. Sushi, beer garden, Italian, BBQ and Whole Foods are 6 blocks. Great for couples, families ($120 cleaning fee currently reduced to $60!) Other things to note To ensure your safety with regard to COVID-19, the duplex is thoroughly cleaned between guests by cleaners using Nitrile gloves and face masks. Afterwards, I personally go through with Clorox wipes and wipe down every door knob, other handles, light switches, plumbing fixtures and other surfaces commonly touched.
