Late Check-Out/Extend Time: This is subject to availability / surcharge. 3. Check-out: Kindly return the keys at during check-out time by 12:30pm sharp to one of our team at the lobby on time to avoid any penalty for late check-out. 4. Check-in anytime after 3:00pm: Early Check-in is subject to availability and surcharge. 5. Parking: Guest may park at the multi-storey visitor parking by taking the parking ticket (pay at machine) or pay using touch and go. 6. Free daily housekeeping upon request 7. Netflix and Smart TV 8. All of the units are cleaned daily with proof and all of the bedding/towels are sent to laundry daily. 9. Amenities provided: Iron, Hairdryer, Kettle are provided 10. Essential Products: Toilet Rolls, Plastic Bag, Towels, Body Wash and Shampoo are provided. 11. Fully equipped kitchen for light cooking 12. Washing machine and Dryers: Please take note some of our units has no washing machines and dryer. Please contact us for further confirmation on whether your unit has Washing Machine/Dryer or not before booking 13. The unit will based exactly the same as the picture. 14. No deposits are required. 15. 5 Star Hospitality Services: Kindly let us know what you need during your stay, we will attend to you immediately :) Please Take Note: All of the Facilities will need to be paid at your own expense ya as it is not free :) Third (3) bedroom will only have a stand fan not aircond. Other things to take note on our House Rules:- These are important, kindly take note :) 1. All our units are strictly NO SMOKING 🚭 If found any evidence of will be penalise of RM300 directly from you or from your account. 2.Please ensure to open your shoes before entering your unit. This is to ensure the floors are cleaned from Dust and Dirt at all times during your stay. 3. Check-out must be done by 1:00pm. Late check-out without permission will be charge RM 50 per hour. 4. Quiet hours starts at 10:00pm, if found any loud noise during quiet hours will be penalise RM300. 5. Please ensure turn off the air-conditioning unit and all electrical supplies whenever you're not inside the unit or during your checkout time. If found that any electrical supplies were on after checkout will be penalise RM300 charge from you or your account. 6. Please do take care of our units and all of our items inside our unit. Please inform us if there's any damage has been caused inside our unit and we can negotiate and discuss on the matter. If found any damage after your checkout without any notice from your side, we shall charge the full damage amount directly credit out from your account. 7.
