The living room and kitchen are shared amongst all resident guests. Your three-second floor neighbors are also unrelated and are professionals. Your neighbors have been carefully vetted and have proven themselves to be good citizens. All bedrooms are individually locked for privacy. Strict no-pet and no-smoking policy; non-compliance will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee for professional deodorization and cleaning. Note: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or in any common areas, including breezeways, building entrances, or patios. This policy means that there should be no trace of smoke odor inside the unit or in common areas at any time. The presence of smoke odor or any items that cause it, such as cigarette butts or ashes, inside the unit will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee. Non-compliance will lead to this fee being applied without exception. Strict No pet policy For late checkout after 12pm there will be a charge of45% of the stay No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s). Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission. The complex includes a salt-water swimming pool and a clubhouse. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen. Ample parking is available immediately in front of the residence. All cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date. After use please keep the iron back to the laundry area so that other guests can use it. Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions anytime.
