Anyone found having extra guests on the grounds of the property will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given. Day guests are charged at the same price as guests staying the night. This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale. If you are booking for a date over a years time , then you will need to use a laptop or computer as the Airbnb app won’t let you do this You must be 25 years of age or older to hire this property, which will be checked on arrival if need be. The entire house is yours , no one else will be sharing it with you. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED OF ANY KIND If it’s a stag weekend please declare this before booking , as extra questions will be asked, failure to do so may mean you not being able to enter the property on arrival and you will won’t be refunded. Outside the house there is free parking along the street all day. The whole property is for your use, 2200 Sq ft. The property is a 3 storey town house. There are 3 toilets in the property, 1 bathroom doesn’t have a toilet, it’s a shower room with sink. The property has a built in kitchen with all modern including a built in microwave, coffee machine, large fridge freezer , dishwasher , 2 dryers and a washing machine. There is a dining table and kitchen island seating area. Lounge with 4 large sofas and flat screen tv with over 100 tv channels. There is small court yard outside the kitchen with a small table and chairs to seat 4 people If you need a caterer to come in and cook or bring your breakfast , lunch or dinner then please ask for details. All guests are advised to take out travel insurance , incase you need to cancel your booking for unseen reasons , or if some guests pull out and do not want to stay , or for damages done at the property during your stay , this is optional of course and is down to the person making the booking. There is a damage deposit of €300 to be paid 1 week before arrival, this is released on departure as soon as the cleaner has checked the property on departure.
