Steps from City Centre Mall/downtown/restaurants/cafés, and nightclubs. A few miles from Design District/South Beach/MIA. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! The space Stylish and luxurious, this condo features: - King Bed - Queen sofa bed for extra guests - Fully-equipped kitchen - Nespresso coffee machine - Towels and bathroom amenities - Rooftop Pool - Fitness Center - Spa - Restaurants in-building Guest access 1. The Icon Spa: a staggering 28,000 square feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, unlimited for the duration of their stay; also the gym is free of charge. (4 Amenity cards will be provided, the building policy is 2 passes per room). 2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed and renovated with 14 Million Dollars in investment, was re-opened on December 29, 2018. It is open. 3. State-of-the-Art Cardio & Free Weight Center. It is open. 4. Cipriani Italian Restaurant found on porte-cochere level 5. Cantina La Veinte found on porte-cochere level 6. Vine Restaurant on the 15th floor of the ICON Brickell 7. Expansive Sundeck & Gardens Other things to note From August 2025 to mid 2026, the Pool will be closed Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend closures) due to building work. Construction noise is expected. Balconies will be closed late fall/winter and windows will be covered with protective film. The building administration has temporarily closed all balconies due to ongoing exterior work. This is a mandatory safety measure applicable to all units in the building implemented to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety. Indoor spa and gym remain fully open. Our current pricing already reflects this potential inconvenience. A- "Parking options": 1. I have a parking spot across the street that we rent from the building across the street and subrent it to our guests for their convenience. The cost is $40/24 hours. Please, contact me to check if it is available. 2. There is a valet parking in our building that costs $50 dollars/overnight and $11/hour during the day. 3. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $45 to $70 dollars/24 hours. We have in our area, a metro mover that connects with other Miami areas like downtown. Travel in the metro mover is free. B- "Planing to Cook" or buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during the stay in our apartment: five minutes walking from the Icon Brickell Building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market. Refrigerator is working. Our freezer is currently out of service.
