Other things to note The owner will send the guest a link to an electronic rental contract. The contract must be signed and returned within 48 hours of the reservation. In addition, a copy of the guest's valid government-issued ID must be attached to the electronic rental contract. The owner will request your email address to complete this. The owner understands you have provided a valid ID to Airbnb; however, Airbnb does not share it with the Host. The contract will be archived, and you'll receive a copy. Upon arrival, stop at the front desk to register your vehicle and purchase a one-time $35 parking pass. No cash is accepted. Two cars are allowed per condo. We offer a complimentary beach setup service from April 8th to September 17th. It includes two beach chairs and an umbrella rental per day during your stay, a $40 value per day. The beach setup may not be available during inclement weather. There is a 2-night minimum on stays. Some holiday weekends and other dates will require a 3-night minimum. We list the condo as suitable for children 2 to 12 years of age. However, be advised the condo is located on the 8th floor of a mid-size condominium complex. In addition, the dining area has a bar-height table with bar stools.
