Welcome to The Legacy House Wooster! This is a charming Victorian home within two blocks from the wonderful downtown attractions, shops and upscale dining. Our grandparents' love for people and hospitality inspired us to create a warm and inviting home where we could share their legacy and traditions with others while restoring their historic home back to it's former beauty. Experience all the amazing opportunities Wooster has to offer while enjoying a unique, comfortable home to relax in! The space The Legacy House is a two story freestanding home with private driveway for off street parking and spacious fenced yard. The home is split into two independent suite floors that can be booked separately or together as the entire home. When rented as a whole home, the two floors are connected through an internal privacy door located in the dining room. Downstairs you will find a full kitchen, full dining room, full living room (with a daybed and separate trundle bed) and one master bedroom suite with full bathroom. Upstairs contains an eat-in kitchenette, a full bathroom and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds, small TV and cozy laptop workspace. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large sitting area with sofa and big screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with lovely backyard view and small TV. This provides a one-of-a kind, lovely, large home with four private bedrooms sleeping up to 10 adult guests. The front porch and sitting area in the side yard, along with the back patio and fenced-in yard under the shade of a stately oak tree are ideal spaces for larger groups to enjoy and spread out. Private off-street parking is available for up to 4 cars, with extra parking available on the street just across from the property. Guest access Our guests will have access to enjoy the main and second floors of the entire house, as well as the private backyard and patio spaces.
