Condo in Denver

My condo is a two-level industrial penthouse loft with city views from every room. The home has tons of natural light and is centrally located within Denver. Enjoy spectacular views of the city skyline at night and the Rocky Mountains in the day while cooking on the outdoor gas grill located on the large furnished balcony. It has an open floor plan which includes a large gourmet kitchen with island, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, large bedroom, TV room and two full bathrooms. The space My modern home is an industrial design and is furnished with antiques that bring the warmth of old-world charm. Since my unit is located on the top (sixth) floor and accessible by elevator, you will enjoy a peaceful and quiet evening while relaxing and sleeping. The downstairs has a full bath. The office space is equipped with high speed internet. The upstairs level includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full master bathroom (double vanity sinks and a separate shower & bathtub). There is a large empty walk-in closet that will be yours during your stay which includes a washer & dryer. The second room upstairs is a TV room with city views as well. The room is furnished with an electric leather reclining sofa, and a 55" smart TV with 40+ channels and NETFLIX. Guest access You will have full access to the entire penthouse. Other things to note You will have a dedicated garage space that is heated and secure. It can accommodate a standard size sedan or SUV. If you have a vehicle that is longer such as an extended cab or long bed pickup truck, please let me know in advance and I can make arrangements for you to have a larger parking space. Because my condo has an abundance of natural and city light, you can darken the bedroom and TV room using the cordless pull-down blinds. In addition, the 20' tall brick exterior wall has custom roller/solar shades that block out 92 percent of the UV rays, yet you can still see the city views during the day when they are down.
