All cabinets and woodwork brand-new, with an original 1940s kitchen sink. The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a sit-in shower with two shower heads. Perfect for two but can comfortably sleep four with the solid oak futon. There is also a matching chair-futon in the bedroom that is 5'x3', ideal for children. The yard is very private and a fun space to enjoy, with lots of fun decoration. We are located 4 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine in Vilano beach, a quaint, small, island environment.The house is just a block from the ocean on the least populated, non-driving beach. There is an awesome local park blocks away that includes basketball, tennis, and paddle tennis courts, a dog park, baseball diamond, and a kids playground, as well as a great little nature trail winding under the bridge to local shops, restaurants and Publix supermarket. The neighborhood is friendly and safe.
