Villa Niagara & it's private coach house - one of the oldest farm estate properties in the area close to Lake Ontario - the farmland has long been exchanged for housing but the charming original farm home and coach house remain. You'll be just a short stroll to the Welland Canal and the start of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Once you cross the Lock 1 bridge, you're instantly into farmland and wineries. Extreme care taken to thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay. The space Your unit is at ground-floor, and It's a fully self-contained 1-bedroom unit, with a completely separate kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc. We rebuilt this unit from the ground-up to ensure it meets your travelling needs. Your private courtyard off your bedroom will be sure to add relaxation to your stay! It's equipped with a grill/BBQ, outdoor furniture, fire table AND your very own private hot tub! Yes, the hot tub is operational all year round. There is a completely separate unit upstairs, that has it's own private entrance however it has no access to your private courtyard and hot tub. Guest access Private covered front porch with seating, and rear courtyard with Outdoor Furniture, BBQ, Fire Table and Hot Tub. The hot tub is fully cleaned and water balanced for each stay, so you can enjoy with confidence. Other things to note We do not allow any smoking of marijuana on the property at all. The smell is just too strong and is not neighbor friendly or kind to others around our property.
