Please note there are 17 steps to climb once you enter the home to get to the upstairs studio apartment. **Please Note- We ask all guests to upload ID, e-sign our rental agreement and send security deposit of $300 at time of booking. Be sure to read our House Rules to make sure our listing is a good fit. Must be 21 yrs old to book. Beautiful backyard with patio, a gas grill and Parking pad (which is shared with the apartment downstairs if occupied) in the back or free on street parking in the front. Walkable restaurants include Big Bad Breakfast, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, The Barret Bar and Grill, Hammerheads, The Cafe, Paristown Food Hall and Wiltshire Pantry. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well. Also close by are Logan Street Market, Kaiju, Atrium Brewery, The Post Pizza and everything on Bardstown Rd. Louisville is a Foodie Town! We are not just BBQ and fried chicken! Located close the the Airport, Downtown, Convention Center, Expo Center, and Churchill Downs! Guest access Private entrance into the Upstairs studio apartment. Lockbox on left front door to get the key. Washer/dryer onsite which may be shared with owner or guests downstairs as needed. Do not park in the parking lot of the Highland Community Center in the back- they will tow. **Rental Agreement must be signed and sent- **We require $300.00 Security Deposit- **You must submit Photo ID/DL or Passport.
