On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and also a full bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer and single car garage access is also on this level. Level two is the main living area which has the gourmet kitchen, a dining area with seating for four at the dining table and four at the breakfast bar. The dining area flows into the living room with generous windows and a door leading to the balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. You’ll also find a guest bedroom with a bunkbed with one queen and two twin beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the third level you’ll find a spacious master suite including a workstation, a lounge chair for reading, a full bathroom with dual vanities, and a convenient walk-in closet.
