Current accepting monthly winter rentals from October 1-May 1. Thank you for considering our beach rental. We rent to families they wish to be best and respectful and treat this home with love. To keep our home in beautiful condition, no group gatherings. You will only work with the owners when renting our home. We are honored to help create memories for your family and have been providing beach rentals for over 18 years. The space Summer rentals starting mid June- end of August rent Saturday - Saturday. Some weeks may have flexible check in and out dates, please reach out if you have calendar issues or concerns. This beautiful, popular, relaxing & spacious beach home shows like a model yet is comfortable and fun for all ages. Our retreat is clean, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. The home is fully equipped with amenities including four HD televisions, outdoor grill, ample parking, one-car garage for storage, screened porch, patio, central air conditioning, community pool, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds. The downstairs living area, kitchen and downstairs master bedroom has new flooring throughout. All upstairs bedrooms have plush frieze carpet. Our tropical paradise is the perfect get-away. There is parking for two - three cars in front of the house and additional parking at the end of each street. Your vacation home comes with TWO MASTER SUITES. One on the first floor with a KING SIZE BED, beautiful grey walls with a touch of glitter and a beautiful navy blue ceiling, walk in closet, television, adorable jute rope hanging night stand lights and a brand new bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower, designed like waves of the ocean, and a beautiful navy blue vanity. The second floor master bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE BED, walk in closet, television and a newly designed bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower and a glass surround. This amazing bedroom is a tropical paradise with teal and white strips across the ceiling, white silk drapes and a canopy bed. The third bedroom is our palm tree room, furnished with a QUEEN-SIZE bed, television, large walk-in closet with dresser. Third bedroom you can bring your fire stick or Roku. Tv in room without cable. The fourth bedroom is furnished with TWO SETS OF BUNK BEDS in an adorable nautical theme. The upstairs loft is a semi-private space and is furnished with TWO TWIN BEDS and a dresser. In addition to the full bathrooms in each master suite there is a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The master bathrooms have stand-up showers and the upstairs hall bathroom has and shower/tub combination. There is a powder room downstairs as well making a total of three-and-one-half bathrooms in this home. Please note, renters are to bring their own sheets and towels. Extra towels are available in the home for you to use as needed. Family room and two masters have cable. Third bedroom has tv so renters can bring firestick or Roku. The kitchen is spacious and open to the family room and dining area to promote easy socialization and functionality. The kitchen is loaded with everything necessary to cook and prepare meals and for daily living. Wi-FI is available so you can search the internet to see all the great activities in the area. There is a community pool which is open and closed per the community schedule and subject to change. The owners have no control over this. Usual pool dates are Memorial Day - Labor Day and opens at 9 am. Sorry but pets are not allowed for renters in this community. In order to keep our homes in the best condition possible we request our renters to include adults over 25 years of age. At times, small groups under 25 may be accepted at a higher per person rental rate as our current rates are competitively listed for families who will care for our property and not be a nuisance to the neighborhood so we appreciate your understanding in advance. The property is 1.5 mile to the beach. This home is available as a monthly rental for October until May with a minimum of 4 months. Send me a message if moving to the area or looking for temporary housing while awaiting your construction. Will provide monthly rate. Utilities are not included. Monthly rentals pay security deposit and utilities. Guest access The contract is attached to this listing, please review before booking. By proceeding with the booking, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations of the home and community. A welcome letter will be emailed to you before your stay with home access and necessary check in information. Renters are to provide their own sheets, towels ,paper products Other things to note The Pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. In rare cases the pool may close for cleaning, maintenance or repairs. We do not offer refunds in the event the pool must close. If you are coming before Memorial day or after Labor Day, you may ask about the pool opening as some years the dates are extended if weather permits.
