The space Welcome to the lakefront house! This will be the beginning of your relaxing vacation and beautiful memories. You will love this house from the first minute when you walk in and enjoy a great time with family and friends. The layout of the house: Main Level: Open concept kitchen, dining room, living room, and three bedrooms. The living room features a propane fireplace, large Samsung UHD TV with Xbox, and 250 channels HD cable. The black leather sofa set in the living room is so comfortable and believe me when you sit in it, you will love it. The dining table has eight chairs and one high chair. The sliding door in the dining room leads to the outdoor dining set on the deck where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view as you enjoy your delicious food or chat with family and friends. The master room on this level has two queen beds with a private full bathroom. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom is so great for relaxing. You can also enjoy the serene lake through the window in the master room. The other bedroom has one super comfortable king bed. There is also a bedroom on this level with one super comfortable king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The shared full bath is just in the hallway with sensory light. Ground Level: You can play Billiards with your family and friends in the game room. If you want to enjoy the beautiful lake, you can walk through the sliding door and have fun outside. There are two bedrooms on this level. One of the bedrooms has one king bed with a super comfortable mattress. The other one called a bunk bedroom has one twin over a twin bunk bed and one twin over a full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on this level. All the mattresses in the house are super comfortable and help you relax from the moment you lay on the bed. Backyard: All year round is BBQ season and we know that everyone loves to grill. The multi-burner BBQ grill is placed in the backyard of the house. When you grill your delicious food, you can also enjoy the beautiful lake and the amazing sandy beach. Right next to the grill is the picnic table. After fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities, you must be tired by the end of the day. The hot tub is absolutely the number one choice to rejuvenate yourself and is open all year round. I know people love to bring their well-trained pets with them when they travel. So well-trained pets are welcome; it is $75.00 per pet. The fire pit is absolutely another great spot for family and friends to chat and enjoy the beautiful serene lake! Lake and Water Activities: Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake. Feel free to savor the serene lake ambiance as our guest, but when venturing into the water for activities such as swimming, fishing, or kayaking, prioritize safety by wearing a life jacket. You'll find four life jackets conveniently stored outside near the hot tub for your use. Disregarding this essential precaution could pose significant risks, including the potential for drowning. Each guest is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring their own safety while indulging in lake activities and water adventures. Other things to note A professional cleaning crew will make sure all are clean and ready for you (beds made and clean towels). We provide extra sheets and blankets if needed (ask).
