This Clarence Johnston Suite has a private living room and balcony nestled in the Historic District of Cathedral Hill, Saint Paul. This boutique hotel was once the historic Gregg home, built in 1898 for the Gregg Family. Jesse Gregg was a prominent iron merchant and had this big beautiful brick home built for his family by the notable architect Clarence Johnston. The space The Clarence Johnston Suite includes a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a sleeper sofa and an additional sofa. Suite has a fridge. Room has a screened in balcony. Guest room with private ensuite bathroom. Access and use of the hotel kitchen is permitted upon request. Guest access Access to public areas such as a game room, two sitting rooms and the 2nd floor complimentary snack and beverage area. Access to inn's kitchen is restricted, no cooking please, however, one may use microwave, fridge, get ice or use plates silverware and glasses. Clean up after use, put dishes in dishwasher, thanks. Other things to note Coffee, juice, fruit and granola bars are included. We also offer an upgraded Chef cooked breakfast experience, upgrade is $20 per person.
