Halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Sunny Isles will become your next destination. Construction starts end February to remodel the balcony, so there is noise and dust. The space Les Pélicans 512 (more than 1000 square feet) is perfect for a stay up to 4 people, the best option for your “home away from home” since the condo has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen bed), a full equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and direct access to a balcony. Laundry facilities are available in the condo. The only thing missing is you and your swimming suit. While staying at Les Pélicans, you’ll enjoy a moment of relaxation at the pool outside the property or directly at the beach only few minutes walk. We offer free Wi-Fi internet connexion, so you’ll be able to share your memorable moments with your friends. Beach towels and parasol are available to enjoy a day at the beach. During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.
