Custom Home with Water Views, Easy Walk to Town

Relax & enjoy our light-filled, quiet 3BR, 2.5 BA home w/ chef's kitchen and flat yard. We have very comfortable newer beds, high-end amenities like flat screen tv, limestone counters, gas fireplace, outdoor patio and fire pit, plus bikes and a kid and kayak-friendly beach just down the street! Must be ok with a family friendly cat. Please know too we have only two reviews because this is our primary residence and we don't rent it very often, but I promise you will be very happy here! The space Aside from above amenities, we have a Thermador oven, Miele dishwasher, claw foot tub, large master suite with balcony and more. Very comfortable and relaxing, especially with a King Bed, two twins that are organic and two full bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs. We are very close to town with a great variety of excellent restaurants, beach, place to rent kayaks and the ferry to San Francisco. We are alsoa short drive to the Pacific Ocean and you could technically walk there via beautiful trails- a stunning place to be! It's also very easy to take a bus into SF though the ferry is the most beautiful. Wine Country is 45 minutes away and Tahoe and the Mountains 3.5 hours. Our place is a relaxing, quiet place to be. You will lack for nothing! Guest access You will have the whole house and all of our kitty stuff is tucked away in a separate room. Litter box is self-cleaning, with an easy taking out of the bag once/week. Reduce rates are reflected for your help and kindness with Gracie. Other things to note Sausalito is a beautiful place to stay- it's a short bus ride or ferry to San Francisco and Muir Woods and wine country are close by too!
