Centrally located, this full efficiency is nestled in a quiet neighborhood off of Kennedy Blvd. and is within walking distance of bars and restaurants on Howard Ave. In addition, you'll find yourself a few miles from Sparkman Wharf, Armature Works, Julian B Lane Riverfront Park, the Riverwalk, downtown and Raymond James Stadium, and 6 miles from the airport. The space Brand new modern style yet cozy studio with concrete floors and a queen bed. Unit is equipped with a coffee maker (coffee included!), microwave, small fridge and desk area with Wifi.
