This bright and sunny apartment is a block from the Arcata Plaza, Farmers Market, and next door to Salt Restaurant. It has a private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second WiFi, TV w/cable, washer/dryer in unit, lots of sun and pretty town views. Fun location close to everything, very comfortable and convenient, and secure behind key coded gates. The space This sunny apartment has lots of big windows overlooking town and the co-op which is the natural grocery store less than a block away. The apartment is on the second level and behind a keyed gate so is very secure feeling. The bedroom has a big skylight so is filled with light during the day and its possible to see the stars at night. There is a big leather couch, a table and two chairs, a full kitchen, a TV with cable, and very fast internet. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment which includes a washer/dryer inside the apt, yard, and our well lighted, secure feeling private parking lot. Other things to note We have tankless water heaters for unlimited hot water, very nice shower heads, and very strong water pressure so much so many guests comment on how nice the showers are. The apartment has a queen bed and a large leather couch that is not a sleeper. We have a travel crib and high chair we are happy to leave in the apt for your stay, please message us.
