There is no parking ANYWHERE else on Midland Ave where you will not be towed, including neighbors driveways There is free, municipal parking just a 5 min walk from the house. Search "Otis Smith Park, Lewes" to find the municipal lot. It also has chargers for EVs. BEACH GEAR: During the summer season there is lots of beach equipment for guest use, including chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and toys and shovels. There are also two SUPs and a small kayak. AMENITIES: Bedding, bath, and beach towels are provided. We continue get great feedback from guests on how well the house is equipped and stocked. You will find paper towels, toilet paper, bath tissue etc to get you started. If your stay in longer than 2-3 days or your party is large, please bring more. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are usually spices and basic cooking supplies. You should find wood for a bonfire in the firewood rack in the back, kindling on the porch, gas for the grill, filters for the coffee pot etc. FIRE PIT and QUIET HOURS: If you use the fire pit please do not leave the fire unattended. Please use the nearby hose to extinguish it. Also, we ask that guests observe the 10pm quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors.
