Other things to note - The loft bedroom is accessible by a ladder - There are stairs and decks to make things easier to get around the outside of the house - There is one bedroom on the main floor, one loft bedroom and one private bedroom downstairs accessible by outdoor stairs. - There is one indoor bathroom on the main floor, and one outdoor bathroom by the spa zone - We live on the property in a separate house with a separate yard area. The driveway is shared so we ask that you park in designated areas. - We have two dogs who keep the yard safe from wildlife. They love humans, but one of them does not always love other dogs so we have a strict no dogs/pets policy. - We have an automatic back up generator which comes in handy during storm season as water does not work without a generator.
