The space Vista Estrella at Lake Eufaula- a year-round, fully stocked, spotlessly clean vacation “mountain” lodge. This lodge is hilltop on the prettiest wooded 2-acre lot & is lakefront on the cleanest blue water cove at Lake Eufaula, OK. The lodge has amazing views, seclusion, privacy & is centrally located near Xtreme, No.9 and Evergreen marinas, Hwy 9 boat ramps & beach, restaurants, white sand beaches, boat rentals, casinos, yogi bear water park & boutique town shopping & festivals @ Eufaula, Stigler & Checotah. The lodge is 40 minutes from Krebs’ famous Italian restaurants, McAlester, and 1 hour from hiking & fishing at Robbers Cave State Park. Parking is free and there is plenty of room for multiple vehicles, boats and water crafts. Guests may use the on-site boat dock & slip -The nearest boat ramp is 10 minutes away. The lodge has a security gate & exterior security cameras & easy front door keypad "no contact" access. The neighborhood is gated for additional security. The raised walkway/stairway goes to the waterfront deck, rocky beach, boat dock and free kayaks & paddleboards. Relax, stargaze and cook on the gas grill (propane provided) Adirondack chairs & loungers on multiple decks & around the huge firepit. (Firewood not provided. You may forage for downed limbs to burn). The Lodge is owner occupied part-time, so you don’t have to bring/buy salt & pepper! The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked- cooking utensils, spices, oils & vinegars, baking staples and multiple appliances. Dine outside in the fully furnished, screened porch, on the multiple furnished decks or inside in the gourmet dining room with seating for 10. The 3100 sq. ft. Lodge has two living areas, a coffee/wine bar, 1-king bedroom w/ en-suite full bath, 1-queen bedroom w/ twin sofa bed & en suite full bath, I-queen bedroom, 1-bedroom w/ 2-twin beds, 2-queen futons in downstairs living area, a shared 3rd full bathroom & an upstairs 1/2 bath. Hi-end spa/bath amenities, linens, towels are provided. *We provide a starter supply of paper products*. Cleaning and multiple disinfectant supplies are provided. There is a laundry room w/ full size washer & dryer and commercial ice maker, and extra full size fridge. Guest access You will have 100% access to kitchen, bedrooms, 2 living areas, bathrooms, & laundry room w/ full size washer/dryer. Guests have access to Keurig Coffee, spices, oils/vinegars, adult beverages mixers, serving-ware, appliances & baking staples in kitchen, refrigerator door condiments & pantry items. Guests may store groceries in 2 1/2 refrigerator/freezers. Remember to bring/buy groceries & consumables in Eufaula, Checotah, Stigler, McAlester. There is a Commercial ice maker located in laundry room. So you'll have plenty of ice. Spa bath soap, shampoo, & conditioner are provided. Bed linens & bath towels are provided. A starter amount of paper products is also provided. 1-3 Pets allowed w/ fee; pets may use pet supplies, toys, food & treats. You have access to 99% of the house. We locked a few cabinets & closets that contain our personal belongings. We are sorry but Guests will not have access to the shop/garage. Other things to note Parties and Events are not allowed. No more than 15 overnight guests allowed. There is a $20 pp/pn extra guest fee for occupancy exceeding 13 guests. The lodge is located in a gated neighborhood with maintained gravel roads, the gravel driveway has a hill and ample parking for watercrafts and trailers. The stairs/walkway & steep hill on lakeside of the property may be difficult for persons with physical disabilities to manage. The home has interior stairs to the lower living area, laundry, second master queen bedroom & 2 bathrooms. The home is situated lakefront & on 2 secluded wooded acres. You will have Lots of privacy and spectacular views. We have Free high speed Wi-Fi and have contracted with a reliable local internet provider. 1-3 Pets allowed w/ owner's prior approval and pet agreement & nonrefundable $150 pet fee. Dog bowls & toys provided. We provide a starter amount of paper products. We provide cleaning and disinfecting supplies. This is a fully stocked lodge.
