Views of Mt Diablo, bird and marine life galore plus lots of local bars on the water or hiking in the hills will make this a vacation spot to remember! Fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath open plan home is perfect for a family or small group of friends! The space The house has an open floor plan with modern furniture and most every amenity that you would want at home. From the living room or deck, there are great views of the river and Mt. Diablo. High chairs on the deck make viewing the sunsets enjoyable and relaxing. BBQ grill on the deck. If you choose, you can also hang out on the private dock. We provide folding chairs and life jackets. Great access to the water so that you can kayak, paddleboard, boat or just play in the water. Guest access You will have full access to the living space in the house. The garage is separate and will be closed off. Other things to note This house is a personal property of ours and we do everything possible to keep it clean, tasteful and enjoyable for our guests. I want to reiterate that the maximum # of guests is 6 people and there are not to be parties or events here. We will confirm with you who the guests are ahead of your stay. We are very strict on this rule and thus have implemented an additional $200/guest (over 6 people) that we will have to charge if the rule of 6 is not adhered to. If you intend to have more than 6 people stay, then this listing is not for you.
