If you have more than 2 people staying and will need additional bedding for couch sleeping, please contact me. Towels and bedding are provided, as well as basic shampoo, conditioner, and soap. You will have full access to the home, minus a locked cabinet and storage unit. Full access of common areas and two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as private side courtyard. The larger backyard is split 50/50 with the neighbor. Please be mindful to stay on our side unless you are invited. I am out of town most of the time but if you need any help Jen or I are likely available at most times via Airbnb messaging. Please realize this is not a hotel and guests are expected to mostly fend for themselves, clean up after themselves, and use what is offered when you check in. Additional items should be requested in emergency situations only. Should you need any additional toiletries, there is a Walgreens, Target, Whole Foods, and King Soopers all within a 5 minute drive. Cute neighborhood, part farm, part city life! Many of my neighbors have chickens, goats, horses, sheep, etc. We are also a quick hop to anywhere in the city and also to the mountains! Very centrally located to anything you could possibly want to do in the Denver area! About 10 minutes from the nearest lightrail station, on Wadsworth. Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around without a car; however, a having a car in Denver is highly recommended. Photo ID and deposit is required prior to arrival.
