The space The room is on the 2nd floor of a 24-year-old, two-story, French colonial-style single-family house with a private parking lot. It has a balcony facing a private reserve with large oak trees. Guest access Laundry - washing machine and dryer. Off-street parking for a sedan or small SUV-type car. Backyard BBQ and sitting area. During your stay Since we are working from home - and staying at home most of the time - our guests are welcome to contact us directly at any time if they need help with their accommodation or any other assistance. Other things to note We will be delighted to have you stay at our new residence, located in a quiet, very safe cul-de-sac. This charming, quiet room with a queen bed offers an excellent retreat for working professionals or short-term visitors. You will share our private space with other guests—mostly working and visiting professionals who enjoy quiet rest after a busy day. We kindly ask that you be courteous and respectful while staying here, and to meet your guests or friends elsewhere. We use a professional cleaning service to clean our rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other common areas. Our cleaners come every 2nd Friday around noon to replace bed sheets and bathroom towels, and to replenish soap, toilet paper, and other cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our place.
