Only a 12 minute drive to downtown Asheville, Weaverville will be your respite after a day of exploring. This basement guest suite in our family home has a private entrance and is located one mile from downtown Weaverville, 3/4 mile to Lake Louise, and is a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. Come enjoy all Weaverville has to offer with it's locally owned restaurants, coffee shop, wine shop, breweries, bakery, art galleries, shopping and more! The space Quiet, clean and comfortable, our 2 BR/1 BA basement guest suite will feel like home at the end of a long day. Lovingly created with comfort in mind, our Airbnb is spacious and has its own private keyless entrance. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are yours to enjoy as well. Of note, there is not a full kitchen. Guest access The entire basement guest suite is yours to use. There is a utility room and one coat closet for our personal use. Other things to note The Airbnb does not have a kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the unit. If you are staying with us longer than 4-5 days, we may need access to the space for use of the washer and dryer. We will always make sure that this is done at a time that is acceptable to you. We are a family of two who live above the Airbnb. You may hear some footsteps above you, we will try to be as quiet as possible during your stay.
