Located in world-famous La Jolla, we are .5 a block to Windansea beach, cafes, and restaurants. Our unit is comfortably decorated with a mix of mid century modern style and tropical finds. A lush outdoor patio with a private entrance offers easy access after a day at the beach. We offer one off-street parking spot, too. Please contact us if you wish to stay for different dates than what the calendar allows. The space We both work from home, so we wanted a kick-a** location and an extremely comfortable space. You will have access to all of those comforts- whether it is the outdoor patio for dining, the comfy beach towels and surfboards, high speed internet, Cable TV, and Flat Screen HD TV. Guest access You got the whole condo and patio! Everything there is for your enjoyment. We do ask that you treat our home with respect. Shared laundry facilities are on the first floor. Other things to note We remove our personal items, but leave all of our decorations (delicate glasswear, pottery, and all). Our building and immediate neighborhood is also a quiet environment filled with professionals, young families, and retirees; loud music and parties are not allowed. Recently our entire building became smoke free. Like many places along the coast our home does not have air conditioning. One parking spot is included in the rental, and parking is also available on the street for free. We require guests to have positive Airbnb review(s) to book. We also have additional common sense house rules that must be followed- these will be provided prior to check in for your review. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay.
