It is just a few blocks away from world-class dining, over 40 wine tasting rooms, microbreweries, and shopping. Owned and operated by a local artist and her husband, the home is light, airy, comfortable, and filled with colors found in the original paintings hung throughout the house (paintings are available to purchase). There is a beautiful and private back yard with a separate cottage where you can work or relax after a hard day of wine tasting. There's also a separate cottage with a convertible sofa sleeper. It is business-ready; a quiet spot with Wi-Fi, a large desk, and big screen TV, the perfect place to catch up on some work, simply relax, or take a nap. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, ice maker, microwave, and cappuccino maker, everything you need for a wine tasting, simple meal, or a feast!
