The Ranch House is 3,800sqft and comfortably sleeps 18. Hiking, Fishing, Paddle Boating & Star Gazing are just a few amenities offered. Located 25 Minutes from Bryan-College Station. The space Our Farm House is a unique & special place to get away, relax & play! It is an ideal destination to escape the hustle and bustle of city life & be together with friends and family. The farm is ideal for reunions, graduations and birthday parties, or simply a weekend away. Our Home offers a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs: 6-Burner Thermador range, pots & pans, cooking utensils, and a plethora of spices for baking. Don’t think you have to spend your time back in the stone ages – We have HughesNet Gen 5 with unlimited download for streaming all your favorite videos and, if you must, those work items that just can’t wait. You don’t have to miss any of your favorite shows – we have AppleTV to allow you to log in to your Netflix and/or Hulu accounts for a weekend binge session! Weather not cooperating while you are here? No problem! Check out the library of BlueRay movies available to play on either TV or you can show your friends whose boss with a game of pool or choose from one of our many board games options; including dominoes! So the sun is out and the weather is gorgeous? Get ready to take advantage of our country property! Bring a pole & enjoy our catch and release pond filled with perch, catfish & bass or just troll around in our Sundolphin Paddle Boat. Pack a picnic and find the perfect walking stick as you explore the 98 acres with a hike through one of the numerous natural trails traversing the property. Not as adventurous as that? The upstairs Party Deck is the best place for sunbathing, bird watching, stargazing and watching the satellites go by (Yes, you really can see them under a clear night sky!). We also provide copious outdoor games like Corn Hole, Bocci Ball, and basketball, and what better way to relax than in our Caldera Hot Tub that seats 5. Ready to cook? – Get out your food! – We provide an outdoor grill with smoker! Your turn to cook and grilling is outside your comfort zone? That’s okay! Grab our roasting sticks for a weenie and S’Mores dinner on the large Fire pit outlined in petrified wood! Don’t forget to bring a carrot or two for our Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys: Easter and Eeyore – just remember don’t enter the pen, they like your carrots but not necessarily the rest of you. Fresh eggs from our Hen House flock are available for $6.00 a dozen. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 98 acres Excluding donkey pen, chicken coup, red barn and garden. One room upstairs is not available for guest use. Other things to note There are 2 moderately friendly, but feral, barn cats on property--Orion (striped) and Kepler (more grey). If they tell you they have not been fed or that they are allowed in the house, they are LYING. Our children are asthmatics, please, no animals allowed inside.
