We encourage you to go out and explore, but many want to stay and relax in the serene, outdoor setting. This is in a quiet community, so we require you to respect quiet hours between 9pm-8am. This home is not suited for events or those who want to party. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be swept away by this modern yet cozy home with perfectly serene surroundings. An open family/kitchen/dining space allows you to share every moment together and the fully-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. You’ll have everything you need during your stay, including wireless internet, 2 flat screen TVs with cable, and laundry room. Enough essentials, (shampoo, soaps, tp, trash bags, paper towels) to get you through a weekend. Settle in and prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, and during the warmer months, you can enjoy the expansive outdoor patio while cooking on a breezy day. Fire up the gas grill and prepare some juicy burgers while you take in the soothing river sounds. With enough outdoor seating for your entire group, this couldn’t be a more perfect respite from the buzz of everyday life. When you and your companions are ready to call it a night, retreat to the 4 spacious bedrooms, all of which are equipped with a king-sized bed, to rest up for another exciting day of hiking, rafting, skiing, shopping or just relaxing. Leavenworth is known for its events and festivals so be sure to check the city’s online calendar when you’re there! Large, flat yard. Great for game and family fun This is a self check-in home. I may pop in to introduce myself and will be available if anything is needed. Relaxing sounds of the river and the visual entertainment of birds and wildlife will lull you into a peaceful tranquility. We are only 4 miles to downtown Leavenworth so driving there is pretty quick. There’s a backroad which you can bike into town if you’re not leery of windy roads that are a bit skinny in places. We also have a local bus that will take you to Leavenworth or other surrounding towns including Wenatchee. There’s a shuttle service and Uber/Lyft that are also available. Chelan County has new rental codes they are strongly enforcing and that includes maximum guests of up to 8 adults, (we can add 2 children to bring the number up to 10). We have another rental next door that sleeps 8-10 as well if you’re in need of more space and sleeping. The Home is situated in a quiet community. Quiet hours must be respected from 9 PM to 8 AM based on the Chelan County Noise Ordinance. No music can be played outdoors.
