This spacious 6 bedroom house is ideal for large families, a group of friends or multiple couples who enjoy relaxing together. Enjoy the panoramic 180 degree ocean views from the two balconies of this 3 level, 4000 square foot house. The top floor is the gem of the property. It has a large patio balcony, spacious living room, big recently remodeled kitchen & dining room. We also have surfboards, boogie boards, a kayak, bikes, beach chairs and coolers in our garage that you can use. The space You are allow to park 3 cars inside the Las Gaviotas at our house. We have Free WiFi at the house. Our house is ready for your stay. In March 2022, we remodeled our kitchen that includes new cabinets, new granite countertops, new appliances and new plumbing. The kitchen is fully stocked with the pots, pans, plates, glass, silverware, paper towels, a spice rack and napkins. All the bedrooms have sheets, pillows, blankets and bed quilts. All bathrooms were also remodeled in March 2022 and they include new cabinets, new granite countertops, new faucets and new plumbing. For your visit each bathroom will have bath towels, bar soap and toilet paper for your use. Guest access The guests will be able to stay at the whole house. Other things to note Although COVID appears to be ending, feel free to reach out to us and we can provide the latest updates on what is open and available to use during your stay. This would include the beaches, surfing, the Las Gaviotas swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis court along with the local restaurants. We will provide a list of things to do in Baja and a list of local restaurants. Contact us if you would like a cook to come to the house and prepare a meal for your group.
