New California Style Carriage House in Seagrove

Located on the Seaside/Seagrove border and just a 4 minute walk to the beach, this carriage house is the perfect beach getaway! California vibes meet the beach in this newly constructed carriage house located in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family vacation, couples getaway or girls weekend, this carriage house sleeps 6. However, there is a LIMIT of 3 adults over the age of 13! The carriage house has a king bedroom and 4 cozy bunks with one bathroom. The space The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer drawers, a two top induction burner, countertop oven and microwave and large sink. Large shower in bathroom plus an Asko washer and dryer! Private entrance and two parking spaces await your arrival! Other things to note We do not accept reservations for more than 3 adults We have two carriage homes attached to our house. For larger groups we would happily rent both at a discounted rate.
