Seclusion has a two slip boat dock, a swim dock, a hot tub, three decks, a propane gas fire pit and a wisteria vine covered pergola...all just waiting for you to enjoy." The space You will love staying in this secluded cottage. All the privacy and amenities are included to make your stay a memorable one. This fun little cottage has two WiFi streaming ready Smart TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Comfy robes and towels are provided to get you from house to hot tub! Bring your own slip on shoes! Three decks, a propane gas fire pit on the side porch, a hot tub and a boat dock that includes a jet ski ramp...all overlooking Lake Hamilton and just waiting on you! NOTE: There are two kayaks available on the property to rent for a small usage fee. The fee covers the kayaks for unlimited use during your stay. Ask if interested in more details. Guest access You will have this entire property to yourself! You will have a unique key code to enter the property. The dwelling has a downstairs area that is locked off. It is used as an owner’s supplies and storage area. Other things to note There are two covered boat slips on the property and available for use. Guests can enjoy swimming off of the private dock! It is a floating dock and boards can shift in the waves. Please watch your step. We do not allow pets. We appreciate that some guests search for pet free environments, for a variety of reasons. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for violation of the no pet rule. This house has a maximum occupancy of two people. An extra charge of $100.00 will be added for each additional person, per night of the reservation. NOTE: There are two kayaks available on the property to rent for a small usage fee. The fee covers the kayaks for unlimited use during your stay. Ask if interested in more details. There is one Blink camera on the property and it is outside, pointed up the sidewalk. It is used to monitor the property when it isn’t occupied. It is turned off at check in.
