Summary: All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything. The Space: Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed and has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Cleveland! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There is no parking included with this stay. There are paid parking lots/garages in the area but we cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability. Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: Downtown Cleveland is a lively neighborhood where there’s always something new to do! Our suite is located in the heart of Downtown, right by the Cuyahoga River. If it’s your first time in town, you won’t want to skip seeing a show in Playhouse Square, catching a game at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, or checking out the wildlife at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Stay close to your suite and take a stroll through Wendy Park, a gorgeous green space right on the bank of Lake Erie. Getting Around: Getting around Downtown Cleveland is a breeze, thanks to the city’s RTA Rapid Transit. Locally referred to as The Rapid, the public transportation system is made up of buses, public trolleys, and light rails. If you want to see the most popular tourist attractions in town, hop aboard the HealthLine, which spans from Downtown Cleveland through University Circle and into East Cleveland. Need to get somewhere in a rush? Lyfts and Ubers are readily available throughout the city. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything. Interaction with Guests: Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
