Male-Only Home share. Quiet country living on 3 acres, yet close Highway 45 access to Conroe, Huntsville and The Woodlands. 2 miles from Lake Conroe. Huge porch with attached wrap-around deck. Campfires and grilling any night you wish. Whole home generator should city power go out. Our own water well (with generator) with water softener and reverse osmosis water in the kitchen. This 4-bedroom home share is ideal for the working professional, travel doctor/nurse, or blue collar journeyman. The space You will be Airbnb'ing in a 4-bedroom Male-Only home share. You get a fully furnished private bedroom with a twin XL bed, a desk with chair, a closet with ample hangar and drawer space, and Starlink Internet. Maximum of 3 guests and the owner will share the kitchen, living room with big-screen TV, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, heavy duty laundry washer and dryer, stand up freezer, stand alone refrigerator, charcoal grill, gas grill, indoor and outdoor dining tables, bonfire pit, the huge covered porch, the huge wrap around deck, and roughly 3 acres to enjoy the outdoors. During Rainey season, the creek out back is great for fishing. A Mini Australian Sheppard dog lives in the house and is used to herd the horses and goats. Her name is Satine and she is quiet and well trained. Guest access We have on-site Lit uncovered parking roughly 100 yards from the street and the walkway to the front door is also lit. Lake Conroe is a mere 2 miles away with a boat launch, bait store, and BBQ restaurant. The city of Willis is located 5 miles from our home with quick access to Highway 45 (2 miles away). All bedrooms have keyless entry locks on them. Excluding the individual bedrooms, all guests have full access to the rest of the home and property. The owner provides washer and dryer with detergent, all toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergents, kitchen towels, and bath towels. Both gas and charcoal grills are available with all propane and charcoal provided by owner. During your stay The homeowner lives in the home and will attend any problem that should arise. Additionally, if the owner is out of town, his daughter, who lives nearby on the property, will handle any problems in his stead. Other things to note Saturday Night Dinner! Most Saturday nights the owner hosts a cookout. All guests, past guests, and family are encouraged to attend. It is a great way to get to know each other and make friends. Guests are encouraged to invite friends and family to these gatherings.
